Choose a Brighter Minds Program

Alpha is a foundational brain development program for children ages 5 to 15. Alpha Plus is for children ages 7 to 15 who have completed Alpha. Restart is an activity-led cognitive training program for adults ages 35 and over.

Virtual sessions are open across Canada. In-person sessions are offered in Winnipeg. Read the program FAQs or contact Brighter Mind to ask about current sessions.

Alpha

Duration: 8 Weeks Total Hours: 30 Hours Sessions: 9 Sessions Age Target: Ages 5 - 15

The Alpha program is an 8-week program. The first two introductory sessions, of 4.5 hours each, are conducted on two consecutive days, preferably on weekends. The seven follow-up sessions, of 3 hours each, are conducted once a week. The Alpha program is a total of 30 hours requiring an 8-week commitment.

Alpha Plus

Duration: 6 Weeks Total Hours: 20 Hours Sessions: 12 Sessions Age Target: Ages 5 - 15

The Alpha Plus program is a 6-week program. This module is for those who have completed the foundational Alpha program. This is a 20-hour program over 6 weeks.

Restart

Duration: 5 Weeks Total Hours: 15 Hours Sessions: 5 Sessions Age Target: Ages 35+

The Restart program is a 5-week activity-led course for adults over 35 to help fight age-related cognitive decline with exercise, meditation, nutrition and more.

Summer Camp

Brighter Minds Summer Camp 2027

Schedule: Monday–Friday Hours: 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Capacity: 25 children per week

A full-day Brighter Minds summer camp in Winnipeg, with vegetarian lunch and fruit snacks included. Pre-registration requires no payment. Fees are $749 regular or $699 for founding families, with a $25 referral bonus.
